Took my first shot at some Avocado Egg Cups for breakfast. Pretty tasty, if you like avocados. Since there’s no sauce or anything, you get a lot of straight avocado flavor. The “recipe” I used said it only needed to cook for 2-3 minutes, but my whites weren’t set by then. I ended up closer to 6 minutes, but by then my yolks were pretty solid. I was hoping for some run. Some experimentation in heat and shapes are in order!
